Acro

Acro has become a huge part of main stream dance. In our studio our Acro is not only about tricks but strengthening the dancers body to help in all dance styles. Each student will have goals and once they accomplish their goals they can move on to their next goals. We make sure they are warmed up properly and only ask them to do what they are physically capable doing safely. The choreography incorporates Acro movements along with dance movements.
